ATTENTION:

All of our 4-pin cameras can't be connected directly with any other monitors(no matter DVR monitor or dash monitor or whatever)without using our power cable.

Features:

• AHD 720P Rear View Camera---Applying AHD tech, the image has better performance, its max resolution can be 1280x720p. There is a golden rim on the fisheye lens, easily catch other’s eye. 170 degrees super wide view angle eliminates most blind spots behind the car.
• Both AHD and CVBS Video Signal Are Available---This vehicle backup camera is compatible with both AHD and CVBS monitors. Its output video signal is CVBS by default, when you use it with an AHD monitor, please cut the white cable on the camera. NOTE: please check our ad picture to confirm if your head unit radio supports AHD 720P reverse camera. AHD video signal image is clearer than that of CVBS.
• Guideline On or Off Under Control---The reverse camera’s guideline can be turned on/off as you wish. There is a small green switching cable on this reverse camera. When you get it, it is with guide line by default. If you don’t need the grid line, please cut the green cable.
• Waterproof Reversing Camera---IP68 waterproof, designed to work with no problem under most conditions like rainstorm, car washing, etc.. Solid zinc alloy metal shell, shockproof, stainless, longer and more stable service life. Starlight 0.01lux night vision, no worry about performance in darkness.
• Easy Installation with 4-pin Back up Camera---The cable on the camera is 4pin design which is much thinner than RCA, much more convenient when running the wire. Also, the video cable within the package is double-shielded type to ensure better performance. Note: the camera must be installed in hanging mounted(horizontal mount) status as the picture shows. NOTE: our cameras will not work with dash cam, mirror cam or GPS monitors even if they also support 4Pin connection.
• Attention---The backup camera’s AHD feature supports AHD 720P 30HZ only. According to our experience, some cheap Android head units has the setting for AHD video signal , but the truth is that they can't display any AHD image, because they don't support AHD at all. If so, then you can only apply CVBS video signal, hope you understand.

Installation Steps:

1. Find a flat surface(parallel to ground) for mounting camera, then secure the nut and bolt in place.

2. Connect the power cable to reversing light power supply.

3. Connect the 20ft extension wire of backup camera to the head unit/other monitors of your car.

4. Start the vehicle and gear on reverse to test the camera.

5. Re-install the head unit/other monitors.
 

NOTE:

Please test the backup camera before routing video cable from back to front.

If your head unit doesn't have reversing trigger wire, then no need to use the trigger wires on the video cable.

Some cheap Android head units may also have the setting for AHD video signal , but they can't display any AHD image, because they don't support AHD at all. If so, then you can only apply CVBS video signal, hope you understand.
 

Attention:

* Please have a test before final installation.

* If you connect GreenYi backup camera to a FACTORY RADIO, please order a suited Harness & Programmer separately, because different RADIO needs different Harness & Programmer.

* There is a pink color wire on your head unit usually, please connect it with the 20FT video cable's triggering wire

* If the image on the screen is blurry, flickering or has horizontal/vertical strips, please check all your power and video connections. Try to use a different ground point(iron part) and wrap power and video plugs with electrical tape to insulate from interference. If still the same problem, please order a 12V DC power adapter filter rectifier to solve it, especially needed for Dodge VW AUDI BMW Mercedes Benz vehicles.

* Before you routing, if there is no image on the screen, other than check the camera, please check display setting as well. You can use other device with RCA connector, such as TV to check if the camera works.
