Tips, About AHD1080P Style:

Please check whether the Android unit supports AHD1080P camera!

If AHD1080P cannot be selected, AHD1080P cameras are not supported!
Go to Car settings >> Factory settings >> Reverse (picture) settings >> Select AHD1080P

Cameras with CVBS video signal is universal for all monitors, but AHD will only work with AHD monitor!

When you get it, it is with guide line by default. If you don’t need the guide line, please cut the green loop and reconnect to power supply. * ATTENTION---According to our experience, some cheap Android head units has the setting for AHD video signal , but the truth is that they can't display any AHD image, because they don't support AHD at all. Installation Steps:

1. Find a flat surface(parallel to ground) for mounting camera, then secure the nut and bolt in place. 2. Connect the power cable to reversing light power supply. 3. Connect the 6m extension wire of backup camera to the head unit/other monitors of your car. 4. Start the vehicle and gear on reverse to test the camera. 5. Re-install the head unit/other monitors.

NOTE:

* Please test the backup camera before routing video cable from back to front. * If your head unit doesn't have reversing trigger wire, then no need to use the trigger wires on the video cable. * Some cheap Android head units may also have the setting for AHD 1080P video signal , but they can't display any AHD image, because they don't support AHD at all. If so, then you can only apply CVBS video signal, hope you understand. * If you connect GreenYi backup camera to a FACTORY RADIO, please order a suited Harness & Programmer separately, because different RADIO needs different Harness & Programmer. * There is a pink color wire on your head unit usually, please connect it with the 6M video cable's triggering wire * If the image on the screen is blurry, flickering or has horizontal/vertical strips, please check all your power and video connections. Try to use a different ground point(iron part) and wrap power and video plugs with electrical tape to insulate from interference. If still the same problem, please order a 12V DC power adapter filter rectifier to solve it, especially needed for Ford VW AUDI BMW Mercedes Benz vehicles. * Before you routing, if there is no image on the screen, other than check the camera, please check display setting as well. You can use other device with RCA connector, such as TV to check if the camera works.

FAQ：

After connecting the rear view camera, the screen shows no signal, black screen and no picture, what should I do?

A) Please check your signal format (AHD/CVBS), choose right signal to run the camera.
B) Please check your connection, red trigger line should connect to your reverse light and monitor reverse-in cable.
C) If your monitor has AUX-IN function, you can connect to the AUX-IN.
Tip: CVBS cameras can test the performance on the TV. Universal cameras with 4Pin plugs can only be installed with our cables. You can consult customer service if you encounter any problems during the installation process.

After connecting the rear view camera, the screen shows black and white, what should I do if there is no color?

A) Choose wrong camera system(such as PAL/NTSC) will cause the screen to be black and white. Please select the right system to run the camera and restart the camera power. CVBS camera is NTSC system, AHD1080P camera is PAL system.
B) Please check whether the 6M line is normal, please replace with another 6M cable to test the camera.

What functions are controlled by each of the 3 cables of the rear view camera?

Brown Cable: Video Signal Control

• AHD-CVBS720P Camera:

Default ( AHD )+( 1280x720 )+( 170° )

Cut the brown cable→

( CVBS )+( 1280x720 )+( 170° )

• AHD1080P Camera:

Default ( AHD1080P )+( 1920x1080 )+( 175° )

Cut the white cable→

( CVBS )+( 1280x720 )+( 125° )

White Cable: Mirror Control
• The default is the rear view camera (Mirroring).
Cut the white cable→
Front view camera ( Non-mirroring )
You can also manually rotate the sphere angle 90 °, to achieve the effect of the side camera

Green Cable: Parking Line Control
• Camera with parking line/camera does not display parking line, you can cut the green cable, then reconnect the camera's power supply, that can change the parking line.
